Our doctrine is “Coldwell Banker- The Best”, and we take that statement very seriously. Our company was founded in 1975 as Realty III, and then affiliated with Coldwell Banker in 1983. We were the first Coldwell Banker agency in Oklahoma. Only 20% of Coldwell Banker offices attain “Premiere Office Status”. We have accomplished this for the past 16 years. We are proud of our accomplishments throughout the years, and stand on them as our reason for being called “The Best.”

Our office is set apart from other agencies in our area by being voted “The Best” via the ‘Reader’s Choice’ in our local news paper for the years 2003-2010. Naturally, as in any business, this is an indication that our agents are providing excellent service to our customers. Our company has the highest dollar volume in sales in our Enid. Our average sale is also higher than our competitors and we are pleased with this achievement.

Our number one standing in the community and our production reflects a company that is always striving to be “The Best.” We do not want to stand on our reputation by any other standard than that of putting our clients as our main concern and priority.
